“ALL THAT JAZZ, ETC." ART EXHIBIT

Please join us on the first weekend in May for a special 2-day event featuring the art of Providence-based Cape Verdean artist Manny Gominho!  Those of us lucky enough to know Manny have been admiring his work quietly for a long time, and we're thrilled to introduce his work to a wider audience! A longtime IHRI Board member and Portuguese tutor, Manny crafts pieces that are vibrantly-colored, precisely-engineered, and jazz-inspired, so we hope that you'll come by on Saturday or Sunday to see his work and meet the artist!

We're also lucky to have Providence pianist, ESL teacher, and jazz cat John Lord tickling the ivories during this event, so this is a weekend you won't want to miss!
