Gather at IH at 2:45 PM to watch a live interview, on Zoom, with Rhonda V. Magee, author of The Inner Work of Racial Justice: Healing Ourselves and Transforming Our Communities Through Mindfulness. This event is hosted by the UCSD Center of Mindfulness and Center for Integrative Health.

IH will be gathering a group to watch the interview together and then participate in a short meditation practice and discussion led by Alex Holt and Liz Liyu Chen. If there is enough interest, we will host a monthly meditation and discussion group using this book as a guide to explore these topics further in community with an international perspective.
