International House of Rhode Island is pleased to present a special French Club event: a discussion with Joseph Picard, D-Day survivor and recipient of the French Legion of Honor.

Mr. Picard, who is bilingual in French and English, will share experiences, stories and insights from his rich life history via a moderated discussion followed by a Q&A period. We hope that you will join us for what promises to be a very memorable event!
