A variety of Scandinavian midsummer foods – including shrimp, gravlax, herring, ham, potatoes, agurksalat (cucumber salad), tomatoes, cheese, vegetable tart with puff pastry, knäckebröd; saft (black currant drink) and beer; dessert - strawberries/whipped cream. Presentation about the tradition of the midsummer festival. Tickets are $25.00 for members/$35.00 for non-members/$15.00 students. Call for reservations.
