Join us for a delicious and authentic dinner from the region of Umbria, Italy, menu created by Executive Sous Chef William Gilpin with food provided by Terrazza Restaurant (Smithfield, RI). Menu includes Hunter Style Chicken Cacciatore (lemon, capers, sage); Farro; Oven Roasted Broccolini; Insalata Arugula with Pear and toasted Pine Nuts and shaved Pecorino; Italian wine; with Sbrisolona (Italian Almond) torta with Zabaione cream for dessert. Tickets are $25.00 for members; $35.00 for non-members; $15.00 for students. Space is limited, please reserve as soon as possible.
